my suggestions :

1 - no bagjumping, stealing, scamming, spamming or other forms of harassment or swindle.
(swindle == escroquerie, hein, enfin, c'est ce que dit le traducteur automatique)

2 - no agressive PKing. Ask before attacking somebody (this rule doesn't apply on enemy guilds). Pk for training means you shouldn't kill your opponent (accident happens). You are not allowed to keep the DB if you pk for training. If you don't pk for training, define it first with your opponent. This rule doesn't apply on "No Drop Day".

3 - if you see an ally guild making some "important" stuff (like 10 people digging for iron), try to help them a little, like digging 100 irons and give it to them.

4 - Troy is directed by a council made of active members (that doesn't mean play 10 hours a day, but that mean doing things for the good of Troy). Every important decision is made by the whole guild, by vote. Guildies are not obliged to vote, but they are not allowed to complain (too much) about a decision if they didn't vote.

5 - every guildie is allowed to suggest is ideas and opinions.

6 - every guildie is born free, and has the same right than the others

7 - when you sign up for a guild project, please, don't give up until it's done.

8 - stupid jokes are welcome

9 - following the rule above : every Troy girl must have the secret (or public) fantasy of marrying Orieg ;-)

10 - no sex with polar bears
